Jelena Karupovic

Jelena Karupovic serves as the Global Facilities Manager at JAGGAER since August 2021, overseeing the management of all facilities and leading global projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include long-term facilities planning, financial modeling, and collaboration with various cross-functional partners while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Prior to this role, Jelena was Operations/Facilities Manager at United.Cloud, managing the General Affairs department and enhancing workplace experience. Additionally, Jelena has extensive experience in marketing and education, having worked as Marketing Manager and English Second Language Professor at the Institute for Foreign Languages, focusing on digital campaigns and course development. Jelena holds a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade.
