Yaara Shvadron

Yaara Shvadron serves as the Head of Customer Success for North America at JAGGAER, where responsibilities include leading a team, developing customer engagement strategies, managing key account relationships, and analyzing customer data. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager at JAGGAER and Fast Simon Inc., where Yaara was focused on enhancing the customer experience throughout the lifecycle. Additionally, Yaara held positions as a Product Manager at Patentr by Neuron Connect and Funkey6, and gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yaara holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Flute and Music Education from The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
