Heather Bowley

Heather Bowley, an Associate Member of the CIPD, currently serves as Global Talent Manager at Jaguar Land Rover, where key achievements include the development of the company's first in-house leadership potential model and the implementation of psychometric tools for executive recruitment. Prior to this role, Heather spent over a decade at Sainsbury's, progressing through various positions including Talent Manager and Convenience Store Manager, where significant contributions included managing high-potential development initiatives and opening a new convenience store that surpassed sales targets. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geography with International Development from the University of East Anglia and has completed CIPD qualifications related to HR management.
