Hervé Duchesne has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Hervé started their career in 2003 as a Junior Researcher at Ecole des Mines de Nantes. In 2005, they worked as a Customs IT Director Adviser at Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, where they were responsible for managing the budget, supporting the local IT team, and implementing various projects.
From 2007 to 2011, Hervé worked at FatWire Software as a Presales Engineer and later as a Technical Expert. In these roles, they provided technical support, training, and custom developments for content management projects in Western Europe.
In 2011, Hervé joined Oracle as a Principal Sales Consultant EMEA. Hervé was responsible for presenting the strengths of Oracle's WebCenter Sites solution through proof of concept demonstrations. Hervé also trained internal teams and partners on the technology.
In 2017, Hervé became a co-founder and CTO at Ublooo. Hervé was involved in all technical aspects of the Ublooo web application, including designing hardware architecture and selecting software. Hervé also worked as a full stack developer and played a key role in developing and sharing travel books through the application.
Currently, Hervé is working at Jahia Solutions as a Senior Solutions Architect. Hervé started in 2019 and has held additional positions such as Senior Presales Engineer EMEA. In these roles, they use their expertise to design solutions and support the sales process.
Throughout their career, Hervé has acquired skills in areas such as technical consulting, software development, project management, and working in international contexts.
Hervé Duchesne's education history begins in 1998 when they attended IUT de Nantes and received a DUT degree in OGP: Organisation et Gestion de production in 2000. After completing their DUT, they went on to pursue further studies at Polytech Nantes and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2003. Following this, in 2003, Hervé Duchesne attended Nantes Université for a brief period to pursue a Master research degree in computer science.
