Jatin Gala has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Jatin currently holds the role of VP - Engineering at Jai Kisan, where they are responsible for hiring engineers. From 2004 to 2019, Jatin worked at People Interactive in various roles, including Sr. Director - Software Engineering, Business Applications, Director - Software Engineering, Growth & Revenue, GM - Technology, Revenue, Sr. Project Manager, Software Engineering, Customer Acquisition, and Project Manager - Software Engineering, Digital Marketing. Jatin also worked at Sygnet as a Software Engineer from 1998 to 2004. Jatin has experience in developing frameworks, improving sales productivity, implementing machine learning algorithms, and integrating third-party platforms. Jatin has a strong background in software engineering and has contributed to optimizing registration flows, developing tracking systems, and improving conversion ratios.

Jatin Gala has a diverse education history. Jatin obtained a diploma in Digital Electronics from the Bombay Institute Of Technology from 1992 to 1996. Jatin then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from the Indira Gandhi National Open University between 1999 and 2004. In 2008 to 2009, they attended the IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, where they earned a degree in EP-HR&MKTG with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. Jatin also completed additional certifications, including Kafka Essential Training, DevOps Foundations, Programming Foundations, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
