Manthan Suthar has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Manthan started their career in 2013 as an Administrative cum Account Assistant at Tanya Galvanizers, where they worked until 2015. Manthan then joined Popular Switchgears P.Ltd as an Account Assistant for a year. In 2016, Manthan joined Manpasand Beverages Ltd as an Accountant and stayed with the company until 2019. Manthan then worked as an Accountant at Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Steelco Products as a Senior Account Executive and was promoted to Senior Finance Manager at Jajal Medical in 2022.

From 2006 to 2008, they studied at Academics College University, earning a degree in H.S.C. with a field of study in commerce.

Between 2008 and 2011, Manthan attended S.P. UNIVERSITY2ND CLASS, where they obtained a B.B.A. degree. Manthan'sfield of study during this time was focused on Marketing and Finance.

From 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Gujarat Technological University.
