Arto Piironen

Arto Piironen has over 17 years of work experience in the software development and engineering industries. Arto began their career in 2004 as a Junior Researcher and Research Assistant at the University of Oulu, where they completed their PhD thesis and taught university courses. In 2011, they joined Protacon Group as a Lead Engineer and Software Engineer. In 2013, they moved to Fastroi Oy, where they served as Chief Technology Officer, Software Architect and Software Developer. In 2020, they joined Broman Group Oy as a Senior Software Developer. Currently, they are a Senior Software Architect at Jakamo.

Arto Piironen completed a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biophysics at the University of Oulu from 2007 to 2011. Arto obtained a Master's degree in Biophysics from the University of Oulu from 2002 to 2006. Arto also completed an Undergraduate degree at Nurmeksen Lukio from 1999 to 2001.
