Lauren Howe

Lauren (Silver) Howe has over 16 years of work experience in the marketing and brand management field. Lauren began their career at Mattel in 2003, where they worked as a Sr. Consumer Research Analyst and later as an Assoc. Brand Manager. Lauren then moved on to POM Wonderful in 2007, serving as a Brand Manager. In 2009, they joined Spin Master as a Brand Manager and stayed with the company until 2011. Lauren then worked at Jakks Pacific as a Brand Manager from 2015 to 2016. Lauren then joined Bandai America as a Sr. Brand Manager from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they worked at YULU as a Marketing Director from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Lauren is working as a Marketing Director at Jakks Pacific.
