Melissa S. has extensive experience in credit and collections, primarily working at Jakks Pacific and NuTone. Melissa began their career at Jakks Pacific in 2007 as a Credit & Collections Analyst and steadily progressed to roles such as Sr. Credit & Collections Analyst, Credit & Collections Supervisor, Credit & Collections Manager, and finally Director, Credit & Collections. In these positions, Melissa was responsible for managing collection activities, credit approvals, billing, cash application, chargebacks, deductions, disputes, and short payments. Melissa also conducted credit investigations, established and maintained credit lines for customers, and negotiated payment plans with delinquent accounts. Prior to their time at Jakks Pacific, Melissa worked at NuTone as a Credit & Accounts Receivable Supervisor from 1999 to 2007.
