Nicholas Masi has a comprehensive background in marketing and brand management. Nicholas started their career at Moose Mountain Marketing Ltd. in 2012, where they worked as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, they created sales presentations, participated in sales meetings with major retailers, designed showrooms for Toy Fairs/Trade Shows, and processed item set-ups for various retailers.

In 2016, Nicholas joined Jakks Pacific as a Brand Manager for the Games and Wheeled Goods businesses in the Seasonal Division. Nicholas was responsible for brand management, overseeing approximately $70MM in annual sales. Nicholas created sales presentations and participated in sales meetings with major retailers.

After one year, Nicholas was promoted to Senior Brand Manager, where they expanded their responsibilities to include the Outdoor business as well. Nicholas managed the P&L report, monitored net income, and worked towards achieving greater revenues with fewer costs year over year.

In 2018, Nicholas was further promoted to Marketing Director, taking charge of marketing campaigns for the Outdoor Games, Play Structures, Kids Furniture, and Wheeled Goods businesses in the Seasonal Division. Nicholas managed the P&L report and ensured all required costs and margins were achieved.

Nicholas continued to climb the ladder at Jakks Pacific and became the Senior Director of Marketing in 2019. In this role, they implemented marketing campaigns for the Outdoor Games, Play Structures, Kids Furniture, and Wheeled Goods businesses, overseeing approximately $90MM in annual sales. Nicholas managed the P&L report and ensured all required costs and margins were achieved.

Lastly, Nicholas became the VP of Marketing in July 2021, responsible for building and maintaining product category growth plans for the Seasonal Division. Nicholas identified new business opportunities, licensing opportunities, channels of distribution, target retail pricing, and consumer needs. Nicholas also worked with leadership on cross-functional teams to drive various brands and product categories.
