Koen van der Voort is the founder of Jalt, a company established in January 2011, specializing in strategic campaign planning, business development, and social media sales with a focus on efficiency optimization. Prior to this role, Koen served as a Retail Consultant at IBM Global Business Services from 2007 to July 2011, where responsibilities included implementing IT solutions for supply chain management, e-business, and social media to enhance retailer performance. Additionally, Koen participated in IBM's Extreme Blue internship program, contributing to the development of innovative payment solutions. Koen holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management and E-Business, as well as a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, earned between 2002 and 2006.
