Kimberly Johnston

Kimberly Johnston has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership positions. Kimberly most recently worked at Jam City as the Director of People Partners. Prior to that, they held the role of Global Sr. HR Manager at NetEase Games, where they developed and executed a comprehensive global HR strategy. Kimberly also served as the Director of People (Hybrid) at Evil Geniuses, overseeing all people operations for a global e-sports entertainment company. Earlier in their career, they worked at Nintendo as an HRBP Manager, providing strategic guidance across multiple functions. Kimberly began their career at Symetra, starting as an HR Relationship Manager and later getting promoted to HRBOP Manager.

Kimberly Johnston attended Western Governors University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management. Kimberly has also pursued additional certifications such as being a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011 and becoming an Organizational Design Practitioner from the University of Southern California in 2022. Additionally, they hold a Positive Workplace Facilitator Certification from ELI, Inc.
