Malcolm Gilderdale has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Malcolm is currently serving as the Associate Strategy Director at Jam3, a position they have held since May 2022. Malcolm also worked as an Interactive Producer at CBC from September 2010 to November 2013 and as a Copywriter at Perennial Inc. from August 2007 to October 2010, where they crafted effective and compelling words and stories for retail clients such as Loblaw Companies Ltd., Home Depot, RBC, and Bell Canada. Malcolm's work experience also includes a brief role as a Branding Consultant at Riverdale Hub in 2010. Throughout their career, Malcolm has demonstrated expertise in strategy, content creation, digital optimization, and storytelling.

Malcolm Gilderdale pursued their education at McGill University. From 1998 to 2002, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Later, in 2005, they went on to obtain a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature as well, which they completed in 2006.
