Tim Wellenberg has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Tim started their career as a New Technology Consultant at KPN Consulting, where they were responsible for the adoption of new IT services within large corporations. Tim then joined &samhoud media as a Strategy Consultant before becoming a Product Owner, where they worked on key accounts and utilized innovative technologies such as chatbots, augmented reality, and virtual reality. After that, they joined Mirabeau - a Cognizant Digital Business as an Experience Design Strategist, Manager, leading and coaching teams in developing digital concepts and products. Currently, Tim is working at Jam3 as an Associate Strategy Director, leading strategy, research, and experience strategy development for global clients such as McLaren, H&M, and Google.

Tim Wellenberg completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Change Management from the University of Groningen from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Management from Windesheim between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, Tim has obtained various certifications, including "Emerging Patterns in Interface Design," "Generating Big Ideas with Design Thinking," and "The Human Mind and Usability" from the Nielsen Norman Group in 2021. In 2016, they received the "NLP: Doelgericht Communiceren & Persoonlijke Groei" certification from Schoonderwoerd. Furthermore, Tim acquired certifications in "Agile Foundation," "Change Management," "ITIL Foundation," and "Prince2 Foundation" from APMG-International in 2015 and 2016.
