Leon Guller

With over a decade of experience in human resources and recruitment, Leon Guller has held various roles in different companies. Starting in 2010, Guller worked as a Sales Manager at Commpass IT before transitioning to a position as an HR & O.S. Manager at Unit-Group in 2011. In 2012, Guller became a Marketing Manager at Peroon before moving on to freelance work as a Headhunting and Recruitment Specialist at Propel HR and Recruitment in 2013. In 2014, Guller joined LogoHR as a Headhunting and Recruitment Specialist. In 2018, Guller took on the roles of HR Growth Partner at R2Net Inc - JamesAllen.com and Recruitment Specialist at TinyTap. In 2020, Guller became the Head of People at R2Net Inc - JamesAllen.com, leading the People department and a team of HR professionals. Throughout their career, Guller has focused on connecting and sourcing great people for various companies.

Leon Guller obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in HR from the University of Haifa, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they attended Bosmat and completed a degree in PE with a specialization in Electrical Engineering. In 2009, Guller pursued an MBA from the Open University, where they studied until 2012. Most recently, from 2022 to 2023, they attended Bar-Ilan University and obtained a Master of Arts degree in an unspecified field of study.
