James Dillon is currently the Head of Performance Marketing at J&J Global Fulfilment. Prior to this, James held the position of Digital Acquisition & Marketing Manager at PPL PRS Ltd, focusing on TheMusicLicence. With a background in digital marketing, James has also worked at Croner and Exponential Training in various managerial roles. James holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business Studies from De Montfort University.
