Tomas Aukstikalnis

Tomas Aukstikalnis is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Global Process & Infrastructure Design at James and James Fulfilment, a position held since June 2011. In this role, Tomas supports both existing and future operations by utilizing data analysis to enhance operational processes, create project plans for new site launches, and conduct Operational Readiness Testing to ensure adherence to design specifications. Additionally, Tomas has held roles as Business Improvement Manager and Fulfilment Center Manager within the company, which specializes in efficient fulfilment solutions for businesses of all sizes. Outside of professional work, Tomas is a self-taught artist residing in the United Kingdom, drawing on personal exploration and various learning resources to develop artistic skills.
