Bill Perkins CPM, CPIM has a diverse background in supply chain management and park operations. Currently serving as a Part-time Park Attendant at James City County since March 2019, Bill performs various duties related to park maintenance and the rental of watercraft. In a long-term role as Manager of Strategic Sourcing Contract Manufacturing at Bayer HealthCare, Bill specializes in sourcing turnkey solutions for OTC, Animal Health, and Nutritional projects, overseeing supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and RFP/RFQ management. Previously, Bill worked as Director of Materials Management at Dragoco, where responsibilities included supply chain oversight and ERP implementation, and as Director of Planning and Control at Sunshine Biscuits, focusing on scheduling and capacity utilization across bakery operations. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Citadel and has completed the USMC Supply Officers Leadership School.
