Sarah Summers Fcipd

Sarah Summers MA FCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Currently, they serve as the Head of HR Maritime Transport at James Fisher and Sons plc. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Consultant at Ignite People Solutions, specializing in diversity and inclusion, resourcing, change management, and talent management. Prior to that, Sarah was the Group Head of HR at Servest UK, where they created a high-performing people services function to support the company's growth plans. Sarah also served as the Head of HR at East Anglian Air Ambulance, focusing on creating a high-performing HR function to support the charity's strategy. In addition, Sarah has experience as the Head of Operational HR at Kier MG and as an HR Business Partner at Atkins. Sarah began their HR career as the UK HR Manager at Marley Eternit Ltd, managing all aspects of human resource management.

Sarah Summers MA FCIPD attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2010 to 2011, where they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Sarah also studied at Anglia Ruskin University from 1998 to 2000, obtaining a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management (PG Dip). Earlier in their education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in History and English at the University of Southampton from 1991 to 1994.
