Doc Walker

Doc Walker has extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Director of Ops Excellence at James Hardie since December 2003. Prior roles at James Hardie include Manager of Best Practices in Process Control, where Doc designed and implemented continuous improvement programs, and several positions as Quality Manager, focusing on quality and process enhancements across multiple divisions and plants. Earlier career experience includes various engineering and management roles at Holcim and Roanoke Cement Company. Doc holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington.
