Farhaj Majeed

Farhaj Majeed has extensive work experience in various HR leadership roles. Farhaj is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at James Hardie since February 2023. Previously, they served as the Vice President and CHRO of Europe & MEA at Whirlpool Corporation from September 2019 to February 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP of HR for Global Product Development, Corporate Functions, and Kitchen Aid at Whirlpool Corporation from February 2017 to August 2019.

Before joining Whirlpool, Farhaj worked at Mondelēz International where they held several HR leadership positions. Farhaj served as the North America HR Head for Commercial & Corporate Functions from March 2016 to February 2017. Farhaj was the Global HR Director for Category teams, Strategy, Marketing, and Sales at Mondelēz International from September 2014 to March 2016. Additionally, they were the Global HR Director for Procurement from May 2013 to September 2014.

Prior to their time at Mondelēz International, Farhaj worked at The Kraft Heinz Company where they held various HR leadership roles. Farhaj was the Global HR Director for Integrated Supply Chain from June 2012 to May 2013. Farhaj also served as the Senior HR Manager for Commercial & Corporate Functions in Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa from April 2011 to June 2012.

Farhaj's career began at Abbott, where they worked as the Country HR Leader from 2003 to 2007. Farhaj also worked at Allianz as an HR Development Manager from January 2002 to November 2003.
