Baldemar Arteaga

Baldemar is a Superintendent on our Residential Maintenance team, and he has been working with us since 2003. His current duties include managing the crews and ensuring policy and procedures are being adhered to at the sites. Baldemar has managed crews on several state and national award-winning properties.

Baldemar is originally from Michoacan, Mexico, and now resides in Vernon Hills with his wife and two childeren. In his free time, Baldemar likes to play in his church basketball league.
