Iain Rainey

Iain Rainey is a seasoned professional in legal recruitment, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Jameson Legal since March 2012, where Iain leads the EMEA team for Legal In-House recruitment. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Iain has previously held significant roles at G R Law, including Managing Director and Senior Consultant, where Iain established the fee-earner and qualified lawyer division. Iain's earlier career includes positions at Michael Page, The Boat Recruitment Ltd, and Lipton Fleming, among others, demonstrating a consistent focus on legal recruitment across various regions, including London, Western Europe, and the Middle East. Iain began the professional journey in education, teaching Geography and History in Johannesburg. Iain earned a BA (Hons) in Geography and History from Chester College, University of Liverpool.
