Oliver Mould

Oliver Mould is an experienced executive and entrepreneur in the recruitment industry, currently serving as Deputy CEO and COO (Interim) at Jameson Legal since January 2024. As Founder of Sicura Global, established in January 2023, Oliver focuses on executive search consultancy within Corporate Security, particularly in roles related to Privacy, Data Protection, and Cyber Security. Previously, Oliver held various senior leadership positions at LOD between 2014 and December 2022, including Managing Director - UK and Head of Asia. Oliver co-founded Calico Asia Recruitment, specializing in executive legal recruitment in Asia, and worked as a Managing Consultant at Law Alliance and Michael Page, managing recruitment teams and projects. Education includes a BA(Hons) in Business Management and Law from the University of Leeds, complemented by a background from Pangbourne College.
