Dr. Emory Welch

Dr. Emory Welch is an experienced professional in behavioral health and executive coaching, currently serving as the Behavioral Health Director at JAMHI Health & Wellness since May 2022. Previously, Dr. Welch held the position of Executive Coach, Trainer, and Clinical Consultant at ExecXcell from November 2014 to April 2024, focusing on enhancing individual and team effectiveness while fostering personal fulfillment. As Chief Executive Officer at Central Florida Human Services, Inc. from January 1995 to December 2012, Dr. Welch led the organization with a commitment to improving mental health services. Dr. Welch holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Regent University, a Doctor of Business Administration from California Coast University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida.
