Michael Sirkin

Prior to this role, Michael was a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP from 1989 to 2019, where leadership of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice was undertaken, showcasing extensive transactional experience. Michael's legal career began at Baar, Bennett & Fullen from 1972 to 1974 and continued at Gilbert Segall & Young from 1974 to 1989.
