Hemanth Hegde's education history begins in 1988 when they attended Sri Cham Sugar School for their primary and secondary education. Hemanth completed their school education in 2000. In 2000, they enrolled at Bharathi College of Education where they pursued their PUC (Pre-University Course) with a focus on PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology). Hemanth completed their PUC in 2002. Following this, Hemanth Hegde joined Bharathi College of Pharmacy in 2002 and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from RGUHS (Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences), specializing in pharmacy.
