Aditya Verghese

Aditya Verghese has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a System's Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services until 2012. Following this, they joined Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN) in 2015 as a Development Executive, where they worked until 2017. Aditya then joined PRIA India as a Senior Program Officer from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Aditya joined the Quality Council of India (QCI) as a Project Associate, where they stayed until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Manager - Public Finance Management at Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy.

Aditya Verghese completed their Master's degree in Development Studies from Azim Premji University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a B-Tech degree in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Aditya Verghese also holds several certifications. In 2020, they obtained the Managing Global Governance Academy certification from the German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut fuer Entwicklungspolitik (DIE). Aditya also received the Certificate for the 17th INTERNATIONAL FUTURES program from the Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany in the same year. In 2017, they completed the Sustainable Cities certification from SDG Academy. Furthermore, in 2017, Aditya Verghese obtained the Understanding the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 certification from PRIA. Lastly, in 2020, they completed the Introduction to Public Policy Workshop offered by Grassroots Research And Advocacy Movement.
