Rehen holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK . He also possesses few industry certification including AMTC qualification from LIMRA, USA and a Fellow Member of the Life Underwriting Training Council, USA.

Rehen is certified Moderator to conduct AMTC by LIMRA and Life Underwriting Training Council (LUTC) USA.
