Daniel Morton

Daniel Morton is a highly experienced software developer with a robust background in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a Staff Software Developer at Jane.app since October 2022, Daniel has co-owned Switch Case Technologies since January 2007 while providing software consulting services. Previous roles include Staff Production Engineer at Shopify, where employment lasted from May 2016 to September 2021, and Senior Software Developer/Architect at Exinda Networks from April 2012 to May 2016, where significant contributions included architecting the back and middle tier of a Central Management System and developing a time-series data store using Apache Cassandra and Apache Spark.
