Matt Wheeler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from UCLA, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Statistics and Applied Probability at UC Santa Barbara from 2008 to 2010.
