Greg K. Steele

Greg K. Steele is a seasoned investment banker with extensive experience in real estate investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC since October 2021, Greg has previously held the position of Managing Director for REIT Investment Banking at Capital One Securities, Inc. from September 2014 to May 2021, where responsibilities included leading the commercial real estate business. Prior to that, Greg was a founding member and Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets from 1997 to 2014, focusing on business development and client relationships in the real estate sector, particularly with publicly traded and non-listed REITs. Greg also held roles as Director and Vice President within BMO's Real Estate Capital Markets division, gaining significant transaction experience. Greg holds an MBA in Finance from McGill University.
