Charles Chen

Charles Chen began their career in 2015, when they took on the role of Programmer at ASUCD Creative Media. In 2016, they became a Junior Application Developer at UC Davis IET, while also serving as CTO and Co-founder of Japa. In 2017, Charles Chen took on two internships, one as a Data Scientist Intern at Tesla, and the other as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon.

Charles Chen attended Newport Senior High School from 2010 to 2014. Charles then earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they obtained the Startup School Online certification from Y Combinator. In 2013, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Routing and Switching certification from Cisco.
