Mieko Aono

Mieko Aono is an experienced professional with a diverse background in photography and product management. As the owner and photographer at Aomi Photography since November 2016, Mieko Aono specializes in capturing life's treasures and creating personalized storytelling through images in printed MyTreasureBook. In addition, Mieko Aono serves as a Japanese instructor at the Japan Society of Northern California since May 2016. Prior to these roles, Mieko Aono held significant positions at Software AG as a Sr. Product Manager specializing in globalization from August 2000 to August 2015, and at Palm, Inc. as a product manager for a brief period in 2000. Earlier experience includes working as a program manager at SGI from June 1995 to February 2000. Mieko Aono holds an M.A. in Pedagogical Japanese from San Francisco State University.
