Budhi Rahyono

Budhi Rahyono has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 2002 with PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. Budhi held various roles in HR management, including Manager HR G&A Functions and Manager HR - Jakarta Greenfield Project. In 2010, Budhi served as the HR Manager for PT Schering-Plough Indonesia Tbk. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as the Organization Development & System Manager at PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk. Budhi then joined The HEINEKEN Company in 2015, first as the Talent Analytics & Systems Manager - HEINEKEN Asia Pacific, and later as the Human Resources Director - HEINEKEN Myanmar. Their most recent employment has been with JAPFA, where they were the Head of Human Resources - Aquaculture Division from 2017 to 2022, and is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources - Downstream Operations.

Budhi Rahyono completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 1 Pati from 1994 to 1997, studying Science/IPA. Budhi also studied at Hiroshima University of Economics in 2000-2001, though it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or field of study there. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Targeted Selection Administrator from DDI.
