UDAY KIRAN KADAVAKOLLU

Uday Kiran Kadavakollu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. UDAY KIRAN began their career as a P R and Branding Team Member at Udgam, the Annual Entrepreneurship Summit of IIT Guwahati. UDAY KIRAN later advanced to the role of Business Analyst, where they redefined the customer journey, improved conversion rates, and streamlined operational processes through automation. Uday then assumed the position of Senior Business Analyst, where they built and scaled up a new fulfillment channel, increased supply capacity, and implemented demand prioritization strategies.

Currently, Uday is a Growth Manager - User Retention and Engagement at Jar, where they focus on optimizing user engagement and retention.
