Wendy Ford has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Wendy began their career at RBS, where they served as the Head of Cross Product Operations Asia Pacific from 2008 to 2011. Wendy then worked as a Director at Vital Skills Pte Ltd from 2011 to 2013.
Wendy joined Barclays Investment Bank in 2013 and held two roles: Director- Operations Regional Lead Regulatory Reform and Director - Market Structure APAC. Wendy was responsible for overseeing all regulations impacting the markets business in APAC, collaborating on the bank's advocacy position, and reviewing the impact of new regulations on operations.
In 2016, Wendy returned to Vital Skills Pte Ltd as a Director, focusing on regulatory reform and transitional TOMs in support functions. Wendy also worked on regulatory projects for global banks' response to new and changing regulations.
Wendy then worked at Pinnacle Life as a Risk and Compliance Specialist in 2019, followed by a contractor role in Risk and Compliance at Westpac Life from 2019 to 2021. Wendy currently holds the position of Director Wealth Compliance at Jarden since April 2021.
