Benjamin Zhang is a highly experienced professional in the elevator and escalator industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales and Installation at Jardine Schindler Group since September 2019. Prior to this role, Benjamin held various positions at Schindler Olayan Elevator Ltd as EI Service Director and at Schindler Group in multiple capacities, including EI Service & Repair Manager for Asia Pacific, India, and the Middle East. Benjamin's career began at Otis Elevator Co., where significant roles included General Service Manager and Commissioning Engineer. An educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration from Wuhan University and a Bachelor's in Automation from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, complemented by a certification in the Customer Excellence Program from IMD.
