Gagandeep Singh

Gagandeep Singh is an experienced leader in the Shared Services sector with a strong background in setting up and managing global business services across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Business Services Centre at Jardine Schindler Group since January 2023, Gagandeep is responsible for designing and operating a scalable Shared Services delivery center in Malaysia. Previously, as Managing Director of Global Business Services at SWAROVSKI, significant contributions included establishing a greenfield Global Business Services center and improving operational governance. Prior roles include CEO of Global Shared Services at Telenor, Head of Shared Services at Leighton Asia, and Regional Manager at Aker Solutions, where Gagandeep successfully led teams providing IT, HR, and Finance services. With a Bachelor's degree in Physics from University of Malaya, Gagandeep possesses a comprehensive skill set that includes strategy development, operational management, and service improvement across multinational environments.
