Sushant Mallya

Sushant Mallya has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sushant started their career in 2006 as a Recruitment Executive at NET HR- NEMPS. After that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company. In 2008, they joined jaro education as a Sr Manager - Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, training coordination, performance appraisals, and handling employee grievances. Sushant later became the General Manager Human Resources and finally the Vice President Human Resources at jaro education.

Sushant Mallya completed a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Mumbai from 2002 to 2003. Sushant then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the same institution from 2005 to 2006.
