Juliana Klumpp

Juliana Klumpp has a diverse work experience in project management and coordination roles. Juliana is currently working as the Head of Project Management Office (PMO) at JasonL Office Furniture. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at the same company.

Before joining JasonL Office Furniture, Juliana worked at Tom James Company for six years as the Operations & Sales Manager. Juliana'sresponsibilities included human resources, product management, training and development, customer service, systems, policy and procedures, sales and marketing, budgets/reporting, supplier/contract negotiation, conflict resolution, and operational inefficiencies.

Juliana also has experience as a Senior Project Manager at AMARCO Enterprises Pty Ltd Australia and CTIS, where they managed and delivered projects involving import/distribution, procurement, health/wellness/cosmetics, and education market sectors. At CTIS, they managed a cross-functional team and successfully completed multiple IT projects.

Additionally, Juliana worked as a Senior Account Manager at AgênciaClick Isobar, where they managed digital campaigns and built relationships with corporate clients. Juliana also worked as a Project Coordinator at Tom James Company, providing project support across various functional areas.

Earlier in their career, Juliana worked as a Timing and Registration Coordinator at Multisport Australia and as a VFX Artist at Fuel VFX. Juliana also served as a Project Stream Leader - VFX at Jam Filled (Previous Starz Animation), where they delivered visual art components for animated movies.

Juliana Klumpp obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Fine Arts Sao Paulo in 2007. Juliana then pursued a Diploma of Marketing and Business from the Technical and Further Education Institute in 2011. In 2013, they acquired the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from PRINCE2 for Project Management. Later, they attended the Australian Institute of Management and completed various programs, including the Agile fundamentals certificate and the Advanced Diploma Of Leadership And Management in Business. In 2022, they received certifications in Finance for Non-Finance Managers and Introduction to Accounting from the same institute. Currently, Juliana is pursuing a Mini MBA in Project Management at the Australian Institute of Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Juliana also holds additional certifications in Agile Fundamentals, Mini MBA, and Project Management Fundamentals, which were obtained in December 2023.
