Jillian Hicken

Jillian Hicken has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jillian began their career at BYU OneStop Student Services, where they served as both an Associate and later as a Student Supervisor. In 2014, they transitioned to CharityVision as a Grant Writer. Following that, they joined doTERRA as a Leadership Development Coordinator. Jillian then moved to O.C. Tanner, where they held positions as a Performance Account Specialist and later as a Strategic Proposal Writer. In 2019, they joined Kenect as a Customer Success Manager and eventually became the Manager of People & Culture. Most recently, they worked at Aktify as a People Program Manager. Currently, Jillian is the People Operations Coordinator at Jasper. Their roles have showcased their strong skills in people operations, program management, customer success, grant writing, and leadership development.

Jillian Hicken received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Brigham Young University. Jillian attended the university from 2008 to 2014. In addition to their degree, Jillian obtained certifications as a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP). Jillian obtained one CNP certification in December 2014 and another in February 2016 from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.
