Deondre Smith, M.Div., has extensive experience in operational management and consultancy within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Field Operations Manager and Operations Consultant at Zaxby's Franchising LLC since October 2021, Deondre previously held positions as an Area Coach at Luihn VantEdge Partners, LLC and Luihn Food Systems, Inc. Additionally, experience includes roles as an Operator at Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN and Area Coach and Managing Partner at KBP Foods. Earlier career contributions were made as a Territory Sales Manager at Brown and Williamson Tobacco. Deondre holds a Master of Divinity in Christian Leadership & Church Ministries from Liberty University, as well as degrees in Agricultural Education and a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
