Rita Chunko has over 30 years of work experience in the automotive industry. Rita started their career at Ford Motor Company in 1992, where they held various regional sales and marketing roles focused on increasing market penetration and sales growth. Rita then moved on to the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) as an Associate Director, managing relationships between automotive industry OEMs and their retail dealer network. At Maritz Research, they worked as an OEM Retail Dealer Process Improvement Consultant for the General Motors Standards for Excellence Program. Rita also worked at Chrysler LLC as a Senior Training and Dealer Standards Specialist. Prior to their current role, they worked at J.D. Power as a Senior Manager in the Global Automotive division. Currently, they are working at JATO Dynamics as the Head of Support for North America and LATAM, overseeing global OEM support, training, and customer experience. Rita also leads the reorganization of the company's customer services organization.
Rita Chunko has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Central Michigan University. Rita also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Marketing from Detroit College of Business. In addition, Rita has taken courses in Project Management at George Mason University and the School of Business. Rita has obtained certifications in Conflict Resolution Foundations from LinkedIn and they are also certified in Change Management/Leadership from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
