Allie Miller

Allie Miller, PMP, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at JPI since March 2012, leading initiatives to support and celebrate employees while overseeing HR operations to achieve strategic objectives. Prior roles at JPI include Deputy Human Resources Manager, responsible for recruiting, contract negotiations, market trend reporting, and training initiatives, as well as Recruiting Manager, where Allie developed talent acquisition strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as a CSI Project Manager, creating community service programs, and a brief internship with Nomi Network, focused on job creation for trafficking survivors in Cambodia. Allie also worked as a Developmental Specialist at Monarch, helping individuals with special needs. Allie holds a Master's in Public Administration and Policy with a focus on Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor's in English and Sociology from Virginia Tech.
