Lenia Abraham-Chapklin

Lenia Abraham-Chapklin, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare administrator with extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Since August 2009, Lenia has been instrumental at Jawonio, progressing from a Direct Support Professional to roles including HR Generalist and HR Business Partner, overseeing employee relations for over 600 staff members. Previous positions have included Senior Human Resources Recruiter and Lead Coordinator of Strategic Integration, where Lenia managed recruitment strategies and coordinated complex programs under the Chief Strategic Integration Officer.
