David Jansen

David Jansen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Jaya Grocer since March 2023, David previously held the position of Head, People & Culture at Rotiboy Bakeshoppe Sdn Bhd, focusing on compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior to that, David worked as Engagement/HRBP Manager at Nando's, HR Project Manager at PwC, and as HR Business Partner Manager at Shell, where notable achievements included managing HR shared services and improving team performance. David holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur and has completed multiple HR certifications with The Society of Human Resource Management.
