Steven Claude

Steven Claude has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Steven started their career as a Tool Maker at Mutual Tool & Die in 1992 and worked there until 1996. Steven then joined Global Tool as a Tool Maker for two years before moving to Mutual Tool & Die again, where they worked as a Lead Toolmaker for another two years. In 1998, they had a career opportunity to lead a government project as a Lead Toolmaker at Mutual Tool & Die.

In 2000, Steven joined Delphi as a General Foreman, where they managed skilled trade classifications, stamping operations, and indirect materials. Steven stayed with Delphi for six years before joining Ingersoll Rand as a Production Manager and later as a Plant Engineering Manager and EHS Manager. At Ingersoll Rand, they were responsible for managing sales, safety, quality, delivery, and team building efforts.

In 2010, Steven moved to EA Technologies as a Plant Manager, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed 34 salary and 250 hourly employees. Steven then worked at Utilimaster Corporation, first as a Sales and Operations Manager and later as the Director of Operations. In these roles, they oversaw various functional groups and achieved significant improvements in cost, quality, and delivery. Currently, they are the Vice President of Customer Service at Jayco, Inc.

Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated a track record of accomplishments, including streamlining manufacturing processes, launching new sites, reducing waste and improving efficiency, increasing first pass yield, improving on-time delivery, and reducing labor costs. Overall, Steven has gained extensive experience in operations management and has consistently delivered results in various leadership positions.

Steven Claude has a diverse education history. Steven obtained a B.M.E degree in Operations Management from American InterContinental University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they pursued Manufacturing Engineering at Wright State University from 1991 to 1994. Apart from their formal education, Steven Claude has also obtained several certifications. These include SIMUL8 Programming from SIMUL8 Corp. in August 2012, S&OP Leadership from Oliver Wight in May 2012, Shainin Certification from Ingersol Rand in September 2008, Lean Six Sigma Leader from Ingersol Rand in May 2007, Six Sigma (Black Belt) from Ingersol Rand in October 2006, Six Sigma (Green Belt) from Delphi Automotive in September 2004, and Tool and Die Maker from the State of Ohio in January 1996.
