Paola Díaz

Paola Diaz is an accomplished professional with experience in account management and supervisory roles. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Open Kitchens since January 2024, Paola has also held the position of Front End Supervisor and Sales Associate at Fresh Thyme Market since April 2019. Engagement in community projects includes serving as Advertising Chair and Collegiate Challenge Chair for Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County, where Paola organized a unique trip to Georgetown, South Carolina. Additional roles include Social Media Manager at La Colectiva UIUC and Resource Gatherer at ICAUSE Illinois, along with experience as a Marketing Intern at Covalent, where social media management for Black Bench Chicago was a key responsibility. Paola’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by membership in ALPFA, Inc. and volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity International.
