Shahbaz Ahmad has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Shahbaz started their career at Paknet Limited as a Network/DSL Engineer, where they developed web-based customer care management systems and configured Voice over IP systems. Shahbaz then worked at Warid Telecom as a Contact Center Solution Expert, where they analyzed contact center performance and implemented rosters and capacity planning strategies. Shahbaz later joined Wateen Telecom as a Manager of Business Analysis and Customer Relationship Management. Shahbaz then moved to Jazz, where they held various roles including Stream Head, Manager of Business Process Management and PMO, and Head of Business Insights and Value Management. In these roles, they led projects, developed insights, and implemented performance improvement strategies. Currently, they serve as the Head of Analytics and Insights B2B at Jazz, where they are responsible for building data capabilities, designing AI-based product recommendations, and leading teams to generate actionable insights.
Shahbaz Ahmad completed their education with a BCS degree in Computer Science from Preston University (2000-2002) and an MCS degree in Computer Science from Riphah International University (2003-2005). Shahbaz has also obtained various certifications in fields such as conflict resolution, cybersecurity awareness, and data science from institutions like LinkedIn, Coursera, IBM, and others.
